Sandy Siler

Executive Director

Sandy Siler has been in the senior living industry since June 2005 when she took the position of HR and Payroll Director at Grace Health and Rehab. She transferred to The Harbor at Renaissance of Greene County in 2018, taking the position of Business Office Manager. Sandy was promoted in July 2022 to Senior Business Office Manager and started Legacy’s Administrator in Training Program, which she completed in April 2024. Now serving as Executive Director, Sandy’s greatest honor is “to provide for and love our seniors who once cared for us.” 



Believing that each person has the ability to change someone’s life for the better, she hopes to lead by example in bringing the best possible care to each resident. Sandy was born the youngest of nine children in Covington, but she now makes her home in Shenandoah. She loves spending time with her children, Hailey and Cody, grandchildren, Hadleigh and Cody, and dogs, Bentley and Koda. Her favorite past-times are reading a good novel, cooking and baking.
